Job Duties/Accountabilities:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing repeat-sale services for over the counter sales, return & exchange in the store. He/she also helps the Distributors enter transactions in the system.

Main responsibilities
- Determining whether customer¡¯s request are major or minor and taking appropriate action
- Maintaining an inventory of over-the-counter exchange/return items.
- Handling all related administrative tasks, such as filling in forms, writing letters to customers, checking guarantees, tracking return authorizations and billing.
- Handling customer products exchange, including sending out and receiving the items, checking into return items, and ensuring follow up with the customers.

Main tasks
- Producing purchase orders from Over the Counter
- Ordering all products and office supplies, including pamphlets, receiving stock and entering product codes/quantities in the system.
- Managing layaways.
- Helping with the weekly/monthly/yearly inventory.
- Handling the express cash daily
- Managing the exchange and return inventory.
- Keeping current with all store policies, procedures and promotions.

-          Assisting Distributors during busy periods.
- Must help the Manager with his/her tasks
- Supporting the team by helping out with store displays and cleanup, organizing the storeroom and attending to in-store product speakers.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

Education: Secondary school diploma

-          Bilingualism: English & Spanish or Chinese

Experience: Solid practical understanding of Windows. Excellent communications skills highly focused on customer service. A versatile individual with problem-solving skills.

Escalation: Reports to the Office Manager
