  1. Q: Recently I wanted to recommend a 19-year-old friend to join Amkey. Is there any minimum age requirement to be an Amkey distributor?
    A: The applicant must fulfill the minimum working age requirements for the state in which he/she works.
  2. Q: Can I still order Amkey’s products if I am not an Amkey distributor?
    A: Yes! You can order Amkey’s products retail through a distributor.
  3. Q: What is the difference between Amkey’s direct selling methods and those of many other companies?
    A: The only source of Amkey’s income is selling products through distributors. We do not earn income from membership dues and the like. Our focus is 100% on selling our life-enhancing health products.
  4. Q: Can I be an Amkey distributor part time?
    A: Sure! Many very successful distributors work part time. The most attractive characteristic of direct selling is earning additional income during your free time.
  5. Q: What benefits can Amkey give me?

    A: Whether you do your business with Amkey on either a full time or part time basis, you can continually receive the benefit and support from the company as long as you follow Amkey’s policies and procedures.   8. Q: I hear that Amkey guarantees the quality of all its products. What is the company’s return policy?
    A: Yes, all Amkey’s products are guaranteed for quality. Most of our products have a 100% 30 day satisfaction guarantee, which allows our distributors to return their purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase if not satisfied with our products.
  9. Q: What are the company’s office hours?
    A: Being an international company, Amkey offers 24 hour customer service during business days.
  10. Q: Can I transfer my distributorship to my child or other family members?
    A: 1) Yes, as long as there is properly notarized documentation along with a filled out distributorship transfer form, the transfer of the distributorship will be effective within five business days. Amkey will not be responsible for any legal or financial issues caused by the transfer of distributorship.
    2) According to Amkey’s policies and procedures, upon the death of a distributor,
    the distributorship shall pass by will or succession, as provided by law. Amkey will require the successor in interest to sign and be bound by the then current distributor obligations, just like any other Amkey distributor.
  11. Q: Since I moved recently, how do I change my address?
    A: You can change your address in the back office section on the company’s website.
